Healthy Cookie Dough!

Kid Approved Snack

I am back from vacation and loving the warm weather!! In the summertime, I don't like to cook as much. It is hot and cold foods are much more appealing! This is one of my kids favorites!! It is great as a dessert, breakfast, snack, or a light lunch!

I use, organic fresh ground peanut butter but you can use any nut butter you choose. I prefer to use cannelloni beans, but you can also use chick peas or navy beans.

The first thing you want to do is rinse the beans thoroughly.

Once the beans are clean, add them to the food processor. Add 2/3 cup peanut butter.

Next, add 1 Tbl of Vanilla.

Now, you add the raw honey!! I honestly have never measured this portion. I do it to taste (approx 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup). I suggest you add the lesser, blend, taste, and add more if needed. Once blended and sweetened to your taste, stir in the chips!

You can eat this right away or put in the fridge to get nice and cool. We love to dip apple slices in it!!

Enjoy!!
