A Mommy Makeover encompasses two procedures to improve undesirable physical effects of genetics, weight loss, pregnancy and aging. 

The first procedure is a choice between a breast augmentation surgery to enhance the size of breasts (typically with breast implants) or a breast lift surgery to restore breasts to a more youthful look. 

The second procedure is a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty surgery to rejuvenate the appearance and shape of the abdomen. The procedures can be performed together on the same day and their results often improve self-esteem.
