Twisting Up Dog



Strengthen Arms and Stretch Spine.

Some yoga poses are slightly uncomfortable. Some are feel downright unpleasant. Fortunately Up Dog Twist feels wonderful, and you might want to do it every day.

As you hold this pose, you will feel your spine bending into its natural curves. When you twist, you'll feel the stretch all the way down the side of your body.  Breathe throughout and enjoy this energizing backbend.
