Walk a Mile for this Camel

Twisting Camel

Here's a camel worth walking for. This kneeling back bend opens the heart, stretches the front of your body and strengthens your thighs at the same time.

If you have herniated discs or other back or neck issues, you may want to stick with a simple, mild kneeling back bend as shown in the video. You can look forward instead of laying your head back. Whichever option you choose, be sure to engage your core to keep your spine as long as possible.
