The Valley Table just published the official list of participating local eateries and it has our mouths drooling.
This month an astounding 200 different restaurants will participate in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week from October 29- November 11. Restaurants will feature their best dishes in a three-course, Prix-fixe dinner menu with nearly half of them also offering a lunch option as well. In addition to those returning to the lineup are more than 15 new restaurants.
“The time of year where all of Hudson Valley’s counties come together to promote their restaurants and chefs is among the Valley’s most exciting and fulfilling,” says publisher of The Valley Table and founder of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Janet Crawshaw. “As The Valley Table continues to celebrate its 20th year, we remain committed to publicizing and promoting the importance of the Hudson Valley’s restaurant and chef community as well as all of our amazing farms, wineries, purveyors and other local products.”

This year is extra special for Valley Table as they celebrate their 20th year. The cost of lunch will be $22.95 and dinner $32.95. If you are wondering just how many meals you can fit in there is no pre-registration or coupons required and you can even book many of your favorites through Open Table right online. We recommend calling the restaurant ahead of time to see if they require a reservation. If you do make one, arrive about 10min early and don't be late. Remember restaurants will be busier than normal, a little patience and kindness will go a long way. You'll be rewarded with great food! There are so many delicious options to choose from and two weeks to do so! Let us know in the comments to the right or on our Facebook Page which ones are your favorite and why?
