The Forestburgh Playhouse is the oldest continuouslty running summer theatre in New York State that employs professional actors each summer. From mid-June through Labor Day, the Forestburgh Playhouse offers a variety of shows to spark the interest of families and adults.

The three different types of performances offered at the Playhouse are: Broadway musicals and plays on the main stage, a youth theatre with early shows at 11am each Thursday and Saturday, and a musical cabaret with adjoining dinner at the Forestburgh Tavern during the week and a late-night cabaret Fridays and Saturdays after the performance.

The Forestburgh Playhouse brings Broadway caliber performances to the Hudson Valley to provide affordable family fun each summer. Main stage performance tickets start at $35 and Children’s theatre costs $12 for children up to age 12 and $20 for adults 13 and over.
