Stationary Lunge

What is the absolute best exercise to tone your butt? Squats? Kettle Bells? Bridge? The controversy rages on, but I am a huge fan of the stationary lunge. When performed the way I suggest, this moves works the butt more than the other moves for two reasons: almost all your body weight rests on one leg, and by shifting that body weight forward and leaning over your leg, the focus of placed squarely on the glutes as opposed to the thigh. Try fifteen of these stationary lunges with me, and I think you'll agree!
