Relieve Back and Leg Tightness Quickly

During busy holiday times, we look for quick and easy ways to squeeze in some fitness. This standing forward bend truly fits the bill as it takes less than a minute to do and can be done anywhere. Try it next time you're in line at Target! Be sure to keep your knees soft as you come into this pose. Bend them as much as you need to make your back comfortable. Listen to what your body is saying in this stretch and breathe naturally throughout.
