You May Not Realize How Tight Your Muscles Are Till You Try This Pose.

If you're like me, there may be times when you think you stretch more than you actually do! At no time is this more apparent then when you settle into Seated Cobbler's Pose. Whenever I sit down on the floor with my daughter, I move into this pose, and sometimes I am unpleasantly surprised at how tight I have become in a short while. Fortunately, we can all regain flexibility with regular practice, so be sure to put this pose on your list of daily things to do.
