No Gym Required/Ab Workout: Scoops


When done correctly, this move targets the oblique muscles along your waist. You will really feel this one! Please keep a few things in mind as you perform this movement:
  • If your neck gets tired or sore, place your fingertips at the base of your skull to support the weight of your head and continue the motion with your body.
  • Circle your shoulders as opposed to just moving side to side.
  • Exhale through your mouth to engage the deep abdominal muscle, transverse abdominis.
