You better watch out, you better not cry! You better not pout I'm telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to town! We have the best places to get the kids out to see Santa with our list of events. 

So here's our list, we checked it twice, we hope you like these places, they sure are nice! Santa Claus is coming to town!

Santa at the Mall

Nov. 25-Dec. 24. Where is Santa. Come and get your child's picture taken with Santa. *Receive a free phone call from Santa as our exclusive gift to you when you book online. 

Nov. 25-Dec. 24. Photos with Santa! Galleria at Crystal Run is welcoming Santa Claus back to the shopping center this holiday season at his temporary home on the lower level in JC Penney Court. Families, and even pets are invited by the jolly and joyous gift-giver to whisper their Christmas to Santa Claus.

Special Events with Santa

Nov. 18-20, 25-27, Dec. 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 21-23, 26-28. The Polar Express. Passengers will relive the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical trip to the North Pole. The Conductor will come and punch your golden ticket as you’re served hot chocolate and a cookie by dancing chefs! Read along with the book, The Polar Express. At the North Pole, Santa and his Elves board the train to greet passengers. Guests are given a silver sleigh bell. Wheelchair seating is limited in our 1950’s vintage coaches. If there is anyone in the party with mobility issues – please contact us at 845-332- 4854, we can book your tickets in a coach that can accommodate wheelchairs. We do have limited seats reserved for families with sensory sensitivities. Please contact us at 845-332-4854 to book these seats. There will be softer audio and lighting levels in these seats. 

Nov. 19. Holiday Extravaganza-Buy Local Event & Thanksgiving Farmers Market. Buy local for the holidays! Many local vendors, businesses, food, desserts, crafts, entertainment, kids’ activities, farmers market, civic/school group fundraisers and a visit with Santa! 

Nov. 25-27, Dec. 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 22-23. A Frosty Fest. Visit with the holiday characters throughout Frosty Fest! Bring your camera for great photo opportunities with the festival’s characters! Ride the Frosty Train! See a musical light show in front of Santa's Magical Mansion. Meet and speak with Dasher, our talking reindeer! Stroll through the midway and enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season. Holiday music, gift shops and fun foods, delicious hot cocoa, and much, much more!! Take photos with Santa in the Magical Mansion.

Nov. 25. Pictures With Santa & Mrs. Claus! Join the Kiwanis Ice Arena as Santa & Mrs. Claus trade in their sleigh for the day and borrow the ZAMBONI!! $20 cash or check donation to benefit Saugerties Youth Hockey & Skating Club of Saugerties! Cailee Nicole Photography will be set up to provide you with digital downloads of your pictures with Santa!

Nov. 26. Tree Lighting with Santa at PBAVAC. The Pine Bush Lions Club will be returning to the Pine Bush Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps for our annual tree lighting. Have cocoa and cookies with Santa. Find out how you can be a member of the PBLC or PBAVAC and help volunteer in our community. We are collecting pajamas of all sizes (baby-adult) that will be going to foster children. Fun for all ages. 

Nov. 27. Santa at the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. Family and pet friendly. Meet and greet, photo opportunities, hot cocoa, caroling. Suggested donation. 

Nov. 27. Holiday Pop Up ShopJoin Safe Haven Animal Shelter & Wildlife Center and Mill Creek Caterers for a day of holiday spirit. Photo Opportunity for pets and kids with Santa (money raised for Safe Haven) - $5 minimum donation for picture. Vendors of all kinds getting you ready for that early Christmas Shopping. RAFFLES!!! (Proceeds to Safe Haven). Food by Mill Creek Caterers.

Nov. 27. Village of Maybrook's Annual Christmas Tree LightingJoin in on welcoming Christmas to the Village of Maybrook with live entertainment and a visit from Santa Claus and his friends!

Nov. 27, Dec. 3-4, 10-11, 17-18. Santa Brunch. The Venue at Winding Hills- Brunch with Santa & His Elf is back by popular demand. There are 2 seatings available at 9:30 am & 12:15 pm. This year's Brunch with Santa will be a buffet. Reserve your spot. 

Nov. 28-Dec. 12. Letters to Santa. Drop off your letters to Santa in our beautiful Santa Mailbox that is located outside near our front door. We will make sure that all letters get to Santa on time. PLEASE INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE SO THAT SANTA CAN SEND A REPLY. The last day to drop off letters will be December 12th. 

Dec. 2. 10th Annual Snowflake Festival. Presented by the Kingston Uptown Business Association (KUBA) in Uptown Kingston, the festival offers fun for the whole family, with main stage performances, fire twirlers, jugglers, ice carving, a stilt band, fiddlers, dancers, singers, a Christmas tree lighting and a visit from Santa Claus. 

Dec. 3. Arlington Holiday Festival and Parade. Enjoy a shopping village, Santa, eggnog crawl, music, parade, and many family activities.

Dec. 3. Holiday Blitz at the Ritz. Join us for a festive holiday event with Santa and Frosty under the Ritz marquee! Hot cocoa, candy canes, chocolates, and music. This event is free and open to all ages! 

Dec. 3. Holiday High Tea with Santa. Enjoy scones, tea sandwiches, and sweets while enjoying our beautiful holiday decor. Reservations required! 

Dec. 3. Santa and Mrs. Claus Visit the Pawling Library. Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be making their annual visit to our library during our annual book sale. meet with the couple, have a photo taken, and receive free book to keep. Pre-registration for a 10 minute time slot is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dec. 3. Santa’s Helicopter Landing. Santa will be landing at Museum Village and then be escorted to Rest Haven where he will greet the children. There will be music, holiday songs, and letter writing to Santa.

Dec. 3. Santa is Coming to RVAC! Join Santa for a fun family day at RVAC! Unlimited (parent/guardian taken) photos with Santa, holiday cookie decorating, holiday craft, and holiday treats. Children under 2 are free for photos but do not include a cookie or craft. Pre-registration is required. Spots are limited! 

Dec. 4, 11 & 18. Brunch with Santa. Join The Thayer Hotel for their award-winning Sunday Champagne Brunch with special guest, Santa! Reservations required. Call to make your reservation: 845-446-4731 ext. 7929 

Dec. 4. Pancake Breakfast with Santa. Join Middle Hope Fire Department - Ladies Auxiliary for a delicious pancake breakfast with a special guest, SANTA! Profits from this event are given to 4 local food pantries. 

Dec. 4. Beekman Fire Company Cookies with Santa Event. Come visit Santa, drop off those letters, finish your last-minute shopping and support your local Fire House! 

Dec. 4. Breakfast with Santa. Come enjoy breakfast with Santa at Mill Creek Caterers to kick off your Holiday Season! Join family and friends this Christmas season to have breakfast, sit with Santa for pictures, and do Christmas crafts. Breakfast buffet, delicious desserts, hot-cocoa bar and more! Non- Alcoholic Beverages Included. (Cash Bar- “Chris-mosas” and Winter Sangria available for Purchase). Please bring an unwrapped toy for our Toy Drive! Seating is First Come First Serve. If you are sitting with friends and family but did not purchase your tickets together, please call (845) 226-8714 and we will make sure you are seated together. Bring your own booster! 

Dec. 4. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Seasonal music by the East Fishkill Community Chorus, hot chocolate, snacks, and a visit from Santa Claus! Sponsored by the East Fishkill Rotary Club! 

Dec. 4. Pancake Breakfast with Santa. Join us for a delicious pancake breakfast with a special guest, SANTA! Profits from this event are given to 4 local food pantries. 

Dec. 4. Sinterklaas Day and Dutch Holiday Traditions Children's Program. A fun family event complete with stories, decorations, traditional Dutch holiday treats, and a visit from St. Nicholas himself!

Dec. 4. EFHS Annual Christmas Open House and Holiday Food Drive. The Brinckerhoff Farmhouse will be decorated in fine greenery for the start of the holiday season. Santa and Randolph the Reingoat will be back for you and your family to take pictures with. A $5 donation for photos and a donation of canned goods that will go to a local food pantry would be greatly appreciated.

Dec. 4. Santa Cares. Visit Santa in a sensory-friendly environment. Celebrate Santa magic in an inclusive atmosphere.?Exclusively for children & families with special needs. Reservations are required for this private photo experience. We're collecting donations on behalf of Autism Speaks. 

Dec. 4. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Seasonal music by the East Fishkill Community Chorus, hot chocolate, snacks, and a visit from Santa Claus! Sponsored by the East Fishkill Rotary Club!

Dec. 10. 4th Annual Breakfast with Santa! Pancakes, eggs, bacon & sausage, coffee, juice, fruit & danish). FREE kids’ crafts & children's silent auction and photos with Santa! Photo booth with props and backdrop. FREE face painting. Parent’s Christmas auction with some great items to be raffled off and a 50/50 Raffle. Wappingers Falls Rotary will be selling raffle tickets for their holiday giveaway. Breakfast time slots are available. Children are Free but a ticket must be selected at purchase. 1 adult purchase is required with a maximum of 4 children’s tickets per adult. The children's auction will be broadcasted live on Facebook - winners do not need to be present to win. Tickets will ONLY be sold through Eventbrite.com or walk-in (if tickets are still available the day of the event - however not guaranteed). 

Dec. 10. Pet Pictures With Santa (Bleu's K9 Rescue 6th Annual Fundraiser). This family picture day is organized to help raise awareness and funds for the many local dogs in need of a home. Featuring Wonderful Raffles, Baked Goods, Adopting and Fostering Information. $10 per printed photo.

Dec. 10. A Winter Celebration. Join us for a winter celebration with a special appearance by Santa himself!!! The price includes gingerbread house decorating, a picture with Santa, games, prizes, and much more. There will be light refreshments served. For families with 2 or more children the adult is free!! (Contact for Promo code) Space is limited so advance ticket purchase is required.

Dec. 10. Brunch with Santa. Santa is coming to Simply Gourmet! Bundle up the kids and join us for a delicious brunch. The kids can hang out with Santa, and you can take as many pictures as you want! (No lines or expensive photo sessions.) Reservations and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required.

Dec. 10. Brunch with Santa. Santa is coming to Town! He's Back and better than ever. For the 3rd year, He is bringing his winter wonderland to RE/MAX Town and Country. Santa is going to have cookies, coco, inflatables and so much for this great family event. Don't miss the opportunity to see Santa and avoid the holiday mall craziness. This is a free event with a free digital photo. Partnering with Children's Miracle Network, physical photo will be available for donation.

Dec. 11. Santa Brunch at the Links. Back again, the annual Santa Brunch this holiday season, with a visit from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus! New brunch menu, door prizes, and photos with Santa. Please call to make your reservations today: 845-223-1002.

Dec. 11. Christmas Breakfast SPECTACULAR featuring Santa & Mr. Grinch. This is like no other breakfast around! Featuring Mr. Grinch, stilt walkers, and more. Breakfast will be served buffet style with family-style banquet seating. Pictures can be taken with Santa, Mr. Grinch, or any performer. Parents are responsible for taking their own pictures. Dec. 10 & 11. Christmas in the Village. Join Museum Village for their very special walk-through Christmas in the Village event.

Dec. 12. Pet Photo Night with Santa. Capture Santa photos with your pets. Everyone is welcome, even without pets. During Pet Night events, we're collecting donations on behalf of The Humane Society of the United States at participating locations. *Reservations are highly encouraged.

Dec. 16 & 17. Dinner with Santa. Attending our Catskills drive-thru holiday lights display, Peace, Love & Lights? Drop in anytime from 5pm – 8pm to enjoy a dinner featuring full-service food stations in the festive and beautiful Event Gallery. Take a selfie with Santa to make your Peace, Love & Lights experience even more memorable!

Dec. 17. Christmas Craft Fair/Flea Market. There will be 30+ vendors from all over the Hudson Valley. Choose from candles, soaps, handbags, shirts, personalized items, sweets, bath bombs, crocheted items, etc. Find that unique gift you’ve been looking for. Santa Claus will be there from 12pm to 3pm taking free pictures with the kids. Don’t forget your cameras. Win the perfect Christmas gift with our gift basket raffle table.
