Rock the Baby Hip Stretch is the perfect way to show your body some affection and appreciation while getting a great stretch in the hips and glutes. If you are new to yoga, please listen to your body, and don't push it. Simply lifting your foot into your hand provides a wonderful hip opener; getting it into your elbow requires a bit more flexibility, so have patience, show your body love, and you will reap the benefits of this yoga pose:
