When I first started practicing yoga, I dreaded this move. In fact, I went out of my way to avoid it because I found it so uncomfortable. As I continued my practice, I realized this was exactly the pose I needed to practice the most.
Revolved Half Moon will pose a challenge to your balance and flexibility. It requires concentration and determination. But the rewards are great. This move wrings out all your spinal muscles, deeply stretches your hamstrings and opens your chest for better posture.
