The weather is getting cooler, and we are starting to see a tinge of color on the trees, which means Fall is here!  It is a great time to get outside and enjoy the grounds at Staatsburgh State Historic Site

Explore the beautiful grounds of the Gilded Age estate (now Mills Memorial State Park) by taking their photographic scavenger hunt challenge. You just need a phone with a camera to complete ten fun riddles on a loop through the beautiful landscape along the Hudson River. Everyone is invited to participate. Learn about the historic grounds around the mansion while having fun!

Submit your photographic answers via Facebook messenger (StaatsburghSHS) or email (staatsburghshs@parks.ny.gov) after you complete the hunt. Submit all 10 tasks and win a $5 gift certificate, courtesy of Adams Fairacre Farms. Complete the bonus questions for something extra! Prizes will be available until October 31, 2020 or while supplies last. Post on Facebook or Instagram and tag the site or use the hashtag #StaatsburghScavengerHunt.
