Peaceful Holiday Meditation

Absent from our holiday wish lists but sorely needed is relaxation. Everyone has a busy schedule full of shopping, cooking and cleaning. So much to do, and so little time! That's why I recorded a three-minute meditation. Take three little minutes any time during your day to breathe and listen to these words, and your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
