Malasana Pose stretches your body in so many unique ways, it's sure to become a favorite. With a variation suitable for everyone, this pose can intensely stretch your back, shoulders, inner thighs and calves. Don't try to force your heels down--they will lower in time. Breathe, and enjoy the deep opening in the back of your body. If the pose is too much on your knees, try coming into a yogic squat where your thighs remain parallel to the floor instead.
