Delicious Twists!

Lying One-Leg Twist

Few things feel better for an aching back than twists. Especially twists done lying down! This one-leg twist is one of my favorites to hold at the end of class. You will feel like all the muscles in your back have been thoroughly wrung out. In addition to relieving muscle tension and energizing your spine, this twist greatly aids in digestion. Try it this evening before bed to prepare for a restful night's sleep.
