If you're looking for an undemanding pose that nevertheless benefits your body in big ways, look no further. Legs up the Wall Pose is relaxing, restorative and helps counter the effects of gravity on your tired legs.
The only hard part of this pose is getting into position. Scooch as close to the wall as possible, then swing your legs up. Once there, inch your way as close to the wall as you can. If possible, have one of your kids bring you an eye pillow and agree to keep quiet as you let your body and legs relax. Breathe deeply, and stay in the pose for as long as you can steal away.
