Paula Elaine Kay has been practicing law in the Hudson Valley for over 22 years. Paula’s private practice is primarily made up of real estate and land use work. She also is the attorney for the Town of Fallsburg, and Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Thompson as well as the Town Prosecutor. Paula has a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is the former legislative director for Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther, a past President of the Rock Hill Business Association, and during her time in New York City, she Chaired Community’s Board 5’s Land Use Committee.
