DC Sports. 1630 Route 9, Wappingers Falls. 845-632-6621. Escape the elements with a PGA Tour Golf Simulator, an arcade, full-service sports bar, and indoor black light mini golf. 

The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms: Open Monday through Friday 9am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pm. 6 Neptune Rd., Poughkeepsie. 845-462-1920. From party walls with fun shapes to steep boulder problems & pumpy lead routes, there's something fun and challenging for everyone!

Ulster County

Wood ‘N  Wheel. 365 Rte. 9W., Ulster Park. 845-331-9680. Offering roller skating, laser tag, rock-climbing wall arcade and bumper cars. This place has fun for the whole family and for all ages, including a Tyke Time with bouncy houses for ages 6 and under. 

Play Haven. 320 Sawkill Rd., Kingston. 845-302-0011. This unique spot offers all kinds of ways for your kids to play. You can drop your kids, stay with your kids, or bring your kids and do some work. They also have lots of fun play events that you can register for. Started by a mom who wanted a safe, respectful space for children to play and explore, and also an opportunity for parents and caregivers to create community and get some time away.

Frida's Bakery & Café. 26 Main St., Milton. 845-795-5550. Enjoy some coffee with a sweet treat from this delicious bakery operated by the owners of Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa while the kids play in the designated playroom. Reopened on October 30, 2021

Orange County:

Pat Tarsio Lanes. 173 South Plank Rd., Newburgh. 845-562-5250. For over 50 years the Tarsio family has been giving local families affordable bowling fun. Enjoy a high energy entertaining experience with a night of cosmic bowling.

The Castle Fun Center. 109 Brookside Ave., Chester. 845-469-2116. Indoor/outdoor amusement park offering Ballocity, roller skating (rink is currently closed and will reopen in 2023), laser maze, rock climbing, arcade, and inflatapark. 

Ice Time Sports Complex. 21 Lakeside Rd., Newburgh. 845-567-0005. Ice Time Sports Complex is the Hudson Valley’s premier ice skating and sports facility that hosts a variety of programs for figure skaters, hockey players and patrons of all ages. Come for public skating, stick time, host a birthday party and more.

Kids Time208 Route 44, Millerton. (518) 789-9643. Open on Saturdays and Sundays only, parents still give this spot rave reviews. Clean, fun, and lots to do. Kids Time is a place where children can run, jump, climb and slide and not get in trouble. Adults are free. Come thru Millerton Athletic Club.

Oceans Playhouse. 95 Maher Ln., Unit 22, Harriman. (845) 244-0545. Harriman and Woodbury's only indoor play ground. This five-star spot is great for little kids according to their reviews. There is a ball pit, slides, places to climb and more. They also do birthday parties.

Pin Street. 154 Rt. 94 S, Warwick. 845-986-3565. A family-owned bowling center with 28 synthetic bowling lanes (bumpers always available), a full-service bar and food concession, an arcade room, and billiards. Handicap accessible.  

Urban Air Adventure Park1 Galleria Drive Middletown. (518) 723-5210. Urban Air is a full-service family entertainment adventure park attractions for all ages. Go-karts, virtual reality, Sky Rider coaster, ropes course and tubes indoor playground, and more. There is even a spot for kids 7 and under. 

Sullivan County

Liberty Heights. 1939 State Rte. 52, Liberty. (845) 747-8080. This indoor park offers trampolines, laser tag, virtual reality, arcade, climbing walls, basketball, dodge ball, and a jungle gym (perfect for the little ones).
