Iguanas Can't Have All the Fun

When you've been doing yoga for a while, it's nice to find a variation that really works for you. Iguana Pose is a variation of Cobra Pose, a strengthening, lengthening back bend. But by varying your hand position as my student Meg did, you can also really work your arms. We named this variation Meguana in honor of her. Only lift as high as feels comfortable in your lower back, and breathe smoothly throughout.
