Wellness program provides tools for healing

Journal-writing, music and guides can help all of us manage personal challenges

Journal writing

Journal-writing can help teens and others cope with emotional challenges and stresses.

Challenging times can cause emotional distress, personal and family stress and feelings of loss.

If you or someone in your family is feeling confused or overwhelmed, look to Words of Wellness, a program developed by Hudson Valley Community College that offers a series of worksheets and tools to help individuals and families identify problems they may be having and suggesting ways for handling them. Different topics are posted each Wednesday and included topical reference sheets, music videos, journaling techniques, and helpful videos. Connect to past programs by clicking on the links, below.
