How long should I breastfeed to give my baby the best nutritional start?
Donna Bruschi, IBCLC provides the answer
Your milk provides everything your baby needs, even if you don't eat right! The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends to breastfeed for at least 12 months, with complementary foods starting at about 6 months and breastfeeding to continue for as long as mother and baby desire.
