If you don't have time for a workout today, don't worry. Catch a quickie at home!

This movement is small and quick but surprisingly intense. It strengthens your butt, back, hamstrings and inner thighs. Keep a few things in mind as you do this exercise:
  • Keep your pelvis tucked to prevent arching the back.
  • Rest your head on crossed hands to avoid neck strain.
  • Breathe naturally throughout.
  • Work up to eight sets of eight.
