When you think of stretching, you probably imagine reaching over to touch your toes or doing side bends. Most of us neglect to stretch the upper body, and tight muscles and poor posture can result.

Cat/Cow Pose on the ball targets the front of the shoulders and upper chest. When you sink into this pose, you can feel your shoulders loosening and practically breathing a sigh of relief. Another great feature of this variation is the opportunity to relieve all pressure from the wrists which experience pressure from deep extension in traditional cat/cow done on all fours.
