Down Dog on the Ball

Work Your Whole Body with Down Dog on the Ball

Many women struggle to build upper body strength. We love doing leg, hip and butt exercises, but we're not usually as enthusiastic about the rest. Down dog on the ball covers most of the bases. It's challenging as first, but persevere, and this may soon become your go-to exercise when time is short but you want to strengthen many muscles simultaneously.
