Both of my children received treatment with Dr. Pachter. He is amazing and all of his staff is wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone needing Orthodontics.

Dr. Pachter and his team are amazing! We have been with them for many years and with two children, third will visit soon. They are always so kind and prompt with every appointment. And they really take their time when it comes to making sure you understand everything when it comes to your treatment plan! They are just incredible!!!!

Dr. Pachter and his staff are so friendly. The office is a beautiful space and my son's teeth came out perfect after his braces were taken off. From the time we went to our 1st consultation to when my son's braces were removed we were very happy with price, payment plans, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

The best orthodontist in Middletown! Dr. Pachter is gentle and has a very calm repoire with his patients. The hygenists and assistants are all extremely sweet and very professional! I would recommend him over and over again!

This is the best place to visit! I have two kids in braces at the moment and they absolutely love visiting Dr. Patcher and all the wonderful woman who work in the office. Dr. Pachter and his staff are awesome! He has a great approach with the kids and his office is always clean and cutting edge and family friendly.
