Dr. Welter is the best. We started seeing him at a very scary point in our lives - when our two year old daughter's asthma was out of control and had resulted in being admitted to the hospital for multiple nights. Dr. Welter took the time to talk to us, explain the best plan of action, and allow us to ask questions and, ultimately, make decisions about our daughter's health. He is readily available, and calls back faster than an other doctor we’ve ever worked with. He is patient and kind, and isn’t phased when younger siblings have to come along on appointments. I can’t say enough good things about him. To top it all off, my daughter has gone months without an asthma episode!

Dr. Welter has seen my son since he was 8 years old, taking over for another Dr. in his practice. My son is a very reserved child, who does not easily warm up to people. Dr. Welter was able to relate well to my son and always with a good sense of humor. In addition he was able to successfully treat his asthma over the last 10 years. My son is leaving for college this year and I am confident that he has a good understanding of how to take care of himself thanks to Dr. Welter.
