When should my daughter see a gynecologist?

The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommend that the first GYN visit be at ages 13 to 15 to set the stage for optimal reproductive health. Usually teenage girls with menstrual problems or puberty issues get referred earlier.
