Cheesy Spinach Chicken Bake

Servings: 4-6
- 2 cups
chopped rotisserie chicken
- 10 ounces
frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 15 ounces
ricotta cheese
- 2 cups
mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup
Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon
garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon
onion powder
- 1 tablespoon
lemon thyme
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Cut rotisserie chicken and spinach
into bite-sized pieces. In baking dish, mix chicken and spinach with ricotta
cheese.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian
seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon thyme. Mix well then bake 30
minutes.
