When your back hurts, sometimes the last thing you want to do is move. But this flowing yoga pose helps you relax by loosening tight lower back and hip muscles while encouraging slow, steady breathing. If you find it hard to come into kneeling, place a pillow or folded blanket under your hips. Perform the movement slowly and mindfully, starting with three repetitions and gradually increasing.
