Didn't get to the gym today? No class at a convenient hour? In the time it takes for one commercial break, you can work your butt, hips, back and abs with one move. Do three sets of 15 on each side, and be sure to keep good form:
  • Place your hands directly under your shoulders.
  • Avoid letting your back sag.
  • Don't let your back arch while holding up your leg.
  • Keep a nice long line from head to foot.
