A healthy school lunch alternative

1. Grilled cheese and apple tortillas

What you'll need:

  • tortilla wraps (if gluten-free, use gluten-free bread or brown rice wraps)
  • Cheese (cheddar, American, Gruyere, or a combination of the three are great)
  • Apples (1/2 per wrap)

Slice cheese and apples into thin slices.  Assemble wraps, putting cheese towards the outside and apple on the middle.  Grill on griddle, frying pan, or bake in toaster oven, until wrap is crisp and cheese is melted.
