This simple pose strengthens back, glutes and hamstrings. It's easy to do and fit into your daily schedule. Next time you're playing with the kiddos on the floor or watching your favorite show, stretch out and pump out 3 sets of 15 bridges. For more resistance, pop baby on your belly and lift. If you have neck issues, skip the kiddy ride and only come up halfway in this pose if it feels okay.
