If I asked you to show me a stretch, you'd probably bend over and touch your toes. Whenever we stretch, we almost always focus on the muscles that run along the back of your body. Unfortunately, the muscles on the front of the body are often neglected, getting tighter and tighter as a result. This can result in imbalances in flexibility and uneven forces pulling on our pelvis and back. Do this stretch ever day to prevent this and keep your body flexible and balanced.
