Many women I work with want to strengthen their upper bodies but dislike pushups. If you're like me and prefer to workout at home, you'll want to include this very effective pose in your practice.
Ashtanga Pranam (also called Knees Chest Chin Pose) builds strength in a beautiful, fluid way. It takes a while to get used to, and you may find yourself flopping onto the floor a few times, but when you are able to pull it off, you will feel strong and graceful. In the beginning, don't lower yourself as close to the floor. Get a feel for the move, and watch how fast your strength increases.
