Once you have made the decision to homeschool your child, getting started can be a struggle. There are so many choices when it comes to curriculum, your head must be spinning. Here are 3 ideas to help you get started choosing.

1. Time4Learning Homeschool Curriculum.
This curriculum is based solely online. It is designed to be highly interactive. The program offers a variety of lessons including science, math, language arts and social studies for students from preschool age up until middle school. This method costs around $20 a month to use.

This is a literature based homeschooling curriculum that avoids traditional textbooks. Sonlight can be used to teach children grades K-12 and is split into “cores” that align with grades in school. This is designed with fast-paced lessons and brightly illustrated and engaging workbooks. This hands-on curriculum is available for preschoolers all the way through twelfth grade. They offer programs in health, math, penmanship, language arts and physical education.
