Are boys supposed to get the HPV vaccine? At what age?

The CDC actually recommends that boys aged 11 and 12 receive 3 doses of the HPV vaccine. Older males up to age 26 can get it, too. Sometimes, though, there is a time lag between recommendations and when the insurance companies decide that they will pay for it.
