Autumn Apple Cake
A Family Favorite from Hurds Family Farm in Modena
Beat until creamy:
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
½ cup butter
Combine with:
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
4 cups raw chopped apples
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Harvest Apple Muffins
Full of Flavor
4 eggs
2 cups grated apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1-1/2 cups oil
Beat for 3 minutes. Nuts can be added before or after.
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
Combine ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Make ooey gooey apples!
Easy Apple Bundt Cake from
DuBois Farms in Highland
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups white sugar
2 cups all -purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5-1/2 cups chopped apples-any variety
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, stir flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda together. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Add apples, and mix until all of the apples are evenly coated.
3. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious and so easy to make!
