Angle Crunches
This move puts a different spin on traditional crunches by adding a slight twist. Here are a couple tips to help get this exercise right:
  • Reach for your shoelaces on the foot opposite your hand.
  • Lift both shoulders off the floor as opposed to rocking side to side.
  • Exhale through your mouth as if blowing out candles to use more of your ab muscles.
  • Bend your knees if this move bothers your back.
  • Place your fingertips at the base of your skull to support the weight of your head if this move bothers your neck.
  • Work up to three sets of twenty on each side.
