One Move to Develop Your Balance and Your Bottom

If you don't have a lot of time to work out, yoga is an excellent choice. This versatile discipline addresses strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. Quite a package! Warrior 3 (or Airplane) Pose is a perfect example of this. In one move, you strengthen your lower body and core while improving your balance and focus. Try starting next to a chair, wall, or something to hold onto. Find a spot on the floor to focus on and breathe evenly. Start by holding it for three breaths, gradually lengthening the pose.
