    HHNM’s Science and Nature Summer camp isn’t just for kids! We offer a very special week for teens ages 13-16! Eco Rangers meet August 19-23 and includes three days of wilderness adventuring and two day-long expeditions to explore the region’s natural treasures.

    Complete the week with an overnight stay sleeping under the stars on your very own hammock which you can keep! Dinner, s’mores, ice cream and breakfast included. We are also looking for teen Counselors in Training (CITs- ages 15-18).

    Spend a week or more with our camp volunteering to assist the counselors. Don’t forget – volunteer hours are important for college applications and provide community service. More information and registration at hhnm.org, or call 845-534-5506 ext 209 with questions.

Great Camp for Young Kids

My son attends a couple of the week long programs during the summer offered by Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. This past summer he attended astronaut and dinosaur-themed camp. He LOVED them both. It is only a couple of hours long (perfect for 4-5 year olds). He learned a lot about nature, dinosaurs, space and just adored grasshopper grove.
