This place has your kids ready for Common Core!

  5 of 5

I have been a long time parent of Kidz Town. I could not be happier with all of the accomplishments that my children have made. This is the only place where you go pick your child up and they entire staff is dancing around and has streamers hanging from a child's basket for potty accomplishments. If my child ever had a scraped knee from the playground or anything, I got a phone call. My children were treated like they were the staff's own children. Especially by the director and Pre-K teacher. My children have been introduced to spanish, sign language and approximately 25 sight words. Kidz Town has had bouncy castles, Kona Ice truck, ice cream truck, has begun taking field trips and so much more. Their prek graduation is adorable and full of effort and detail and the kids put in a lot of work. As for that previous post about the snack thing, that was a few years ago. They were using Share a snack as a way to introduce other foods to children and encourage them to try new things. It was a pretty cool thing. I had no problem spending $10.00 a month if that to bring in a nutritious snack for my child to share. They were so excited about that day. They also did Share a story folder and a Traveling bear. Its all about family engagement. That is what makes Kidz Town special

disagree with previous poster

I couldn't disagree more with the previous poster. My children were very unhappy as was I. The staff was short with the children and the director discusses families personal business in front of others. The director has continuously promised programs for the children and never follows through. It even came down to the snacks. In the beginning snacks were provided for the children then suddenly parents were asked to provide snack for the whole class! Very disappointed with kidztown as a whole. There are so many more choices that offer so much more. I would not recommend this daycare.
