Brrr! Do the frigid temperatures here in the Hudson Valley have you planning for a weekend indoors? If you're anything like me, then that means one thing: pancakes!
Grab some whipped cream and other fun toppings and enjoy a slow morning together in your PJs.
I rounded up some amazing recipes. If you can handle gluten and dairy, I definitely recommend the Pioneer Woman's take on the classic pancake. Yuuuum!
And of course, the photographer in me has to add that pancake making (and eating) is an awfully cute photo op. Don't forget to snap some adorable shots of your little ones hard at work!
