Friday, July 3

East Fishkill’s 4th of July

Enjoy live music and the annual Fireworks Show. Starts at 7pm, rain date July 5th. East Fishkill Rec. Park, Hopewell Junction.

Saturday, July 4

4th of July Celebration

Live music, crafts for the kids, hay wagon rides and more! 11am-4pm. Fishkill Farms, Hopewell Junction. 845-897-4377.

Beacon's 4th of July Celebration

Live Music, Food Vendors, Kids Activities and More. Fireworks at dusk 3pm. Memorial Park, Beacon. 845-863-5749.

Fourth of July at the Museum

Have fun inside the museum before the big show and than front row viewing of the magnificent display over the Hudson. $40 per car. Mid Hudson Children's Museum, Poughkpsie. (845) 471-0589. 

Independence Day Parade

Parade starts at 10am at the Roosevelt Theater and concludes in back of Regina Coeli School. Hyde Park. 845-229-8589. 

Poughkeepsie’s annual fireworks spectacular

Viewings from Waryas Park (free), The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum (tickets required), or the Walkway Over the Hudson (tickets required) are the best. Fireworks start around 9:20pm.Walkway over the Hudson, Poughkeepsie.

Wednesday, July 1
Patriotic Picnic

Healthy snacks and 4th of July fun out on the lawn. Ages 10 and up. 3-4pm. Highland Public Library, Highland. 845-691-2275.

Friday, July 3

Wallkill Fireworks

Parking at Circleville Elementary School. Fireworks at Dusk. No parking at the golf course. 6-9pm. Town of Wallkill Golf Course, Middletown. 845-692-7826.

Saturday, July 4

Independence Day celebration with Fireworks

The West Point Band will present its annual Independence Day Celebration followed by a spectacular fireworks display overlooking the Hudson River. Free. 8pm. Trophy Point, West Point.

Cornwall’s 4th of July celebration

A full day of festivities include pet show, kids' art show, inflatables, games, music, shows and fireworks at dusk. Activities start at 10am. Cornwall Town Hall, Cornwall. 

Great American Weekend

Over 150 vendors on the village green. Live entertainment, 5K/10K race, food, children’s rides and harness racing at the Historic Track 9am-5pm. First Presbyterian Church Park, Goshen. 845-294-7741. 

Sunday, July 5

Fireworks at Greenwood Lake

Fireworks at dusk 8:30pm. Thomas P Morahan Waterfront Park, Greenwood Lake. 845-477-9215. 

Independence Day Festival

Fireworks start approximately 9pm. Rain date Jul 6. Millpond Park, Monroe. 845-782-8341.


Saturday, July 4

Independence Day Parade

Fireworks Extravaganza

An exciting race followed by a BBQ chicken dinner, raffles and fireworks. Proceeds to benefit Sparrows Nest. Accord Speedway, Accord. 

Saturday, July 4

Ellenville Parade and Fireworks

The Parade starts at 12 noon rain or shine followed by fireworks at dusk. Joseph Y. Resnick Airport, Ellenville. 647-6493.

Kingston's 4th of July Celebration

Food, music, and fun starting on the Rondout at 6pm. Fireworks at dusk. T.R. Gallo Park., Kingston. 

Red, White and Blues

Celebrate 4th of July weekend with a BBQ and live blues music. There will be a jumping castle for kids and a bonfire at dusk. Fireworks start at 9pm on Saturday. Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Robibero Winery, New Paltz. 845-255-9463. 

Saugerties 4th of July Parade

Parade starts at 11am at the High School, winds through the Village, and finishes at Cantine Field. At dusk, the always-amazing fireworks display will take place. Saugerties Village, Saugerties. 845-246-9701.
