Getting Ready for Baby

Q: What are the best exercises to do during pregnancy?

A: "That is a really great question. Don't start a new and vigorous exercise routine while you are pregnant, but you can continue your regular exercise routine. If you did not have a regular exercise routine before you became pregnant, walking is great exercise. Swimming is also fantastic because it is very low impact on the body. I also reccomend yoga because it is not only beneficial to the body but also to the mind as it is relaxing and teaches breathing exercises."
