- No time to cut sandwiches into fun shapes? Write a quick note of love or encouragement to your child instead. Or put a cool sticker for their notebook in their lunchbox.
- Put a kid-size portion aside while you’re making dinner. Pack it up in a reusable container, and you’re ready to go!
- Spend some time with your child creating a weekly food list. Having those items on hand makes prep time much quicker than foraging through your cupboards for substitutes.
- Use pre-cut veggies, like broccoli and celery, and “mini” veggies like baby carrots and grape tomatoes.
